Run profitable sports programs.
Today you run your season on a spreadsheet, a group chat, and Venmo — and still can't say which program actually made money.
Onepass puts planning, league operations, and projected margin in one place.
Season Plan
Plan the whole season at a glance.
One row per program: expected registrations, price, and cost. Onepass computes revenue and projected margin for each line and totals the season at the bottom — with a clear profitable, marginal, or unprofitable read.
It's the planning spreadsheet you already keep, but live and built for the way operators actually budget a season.

League operations
Run each league, not just plan it.
Create teams and invite players by email — they join with a magic-link, no passwords. Build the schedule, enter scores inline, and standings compute automatically — split by division when you need it.
Your season actually runs on Onepass, so the operational picture and the financial one stay in sync.

Captains & teams
Captains run their team. You stay in control.
The operator shouldn't be the one chasing roster swaps, score updates, and venue requests in a group chat. Onepass gives captains and teams the surfaces to handle those themselves — with the guardrails server-enforced.
- Roster, self-served. Captains invite players, cancel pending invites, and remove anyone but a co-captain. You keep the override.
- Score entry from either bench. Captains submit the final from the public game page for 48 hours after tip-off. Past the window, they ping you — but the rest of the season won't.
- Teams hand you their schedule asks up front. Preferred and avoided days, time ranges, and venues feed the generator as soft constraints — fewer back-and-forth emails before the season starts.
Every captain action runs through one server-side permission check (org owner OR captain of the team). UI affordances are advisory; the server is the truth.

The Model
Know your margin before the season starts.
Start with a sport-specific template — basketball, volleyball, soccer — and itemize from there. Cost lines are typed in real units (per game, per hour, per team, per player) so they scale with your league as teams join or games change.
- Contribution margin per registrant
- Breakeven enrollment
- Total program margin + a profitability indicator
Facility rent eats most of an early-stage program's revenue. Onepass shows you that before you commit the gym time.

Actuals vs Projected
Watch the season's real numbers land beside the plan.
As receipts come in, type the actuals next to each projected line. Onepass shows the variance live — over budget in red, under in green — so the moment a cost slips you can see it and fix the model for the next season.
Revenue actuals come from the roster automatically. Confirmed players drive the enrolled count; everything else stays a manual override for when reality wins.

|---|---|---|---|
| Court rental | $4,333 | $4,420 | +$87 |
| Refs | $1,080 | $1,040 | −$40 |
| Jerseys | $1,200 | $1,150 | −$50 |
| Trophies | $40 | $45 | +$5 |

Public league page
A shareable page for every league.
Every league gets a clean public URL you can send to players and parents — score strip, standings, schedule, team pages — all current, no login required.
Share the link once; Onepass keeps it up to date as you enter scores.
